  • All Levels Welcome! Every track workout will include an option for new runners and an option for those who are training for a race or performance. Must be injury-free to participate.

  • Fridays at 6 am, starting Aug. 2 at Skyridge Middle School -rain or shine!
    (*note the first workout will start 15 minutes early and end 15 minutes late to accommodate instruction/getting you started. If you need to leave by 7 am there will be an alternate cool-down to get you on your way in time)
